CNSIT Application Deployment Request – College of Natural Sciences Forms

Please use this form to request an application (software, app, program) deployment for a machine or group of machines. In some cases, we already have these deployments available and in other cases we will need to create these for use across the environment.

Please let us know the URL or other location for the installation package. Example of other location could be “I have the installer on a USB stick in my office”.

Computers this will need to be installed on(Required)

Please list all of the computers that this needs to be available on. It would be good to know if these are required also and we can force the installation. You are free to list each computer by name as appears on the computer’s label, or as appears in the computer’s Settings. You are also free to describe the computers such as “All computers in the Biology 132 teaching lab”.

Timeframe(Required)

Please describe the timeframe that these need to be available by.
